What is Frühling?
Frühling is a premium snack brand offering nutrient-dense, luxurious trail mixes crafted without gluten, dairy, or refined sugar. Inspired by Mediterranean and anti-inflammatory diets, we use only the finest ingredients, such as Bronte pistachios and Pizzuta almonds, to create a product that’s both indulgent and health-conscious.


Why the name "Frühling"?
"Frühling" means "spring" in German, symbolizing renewal and vitality—the same feeling we aim to provide with every bite of our trail mix.


What is the origin of the brand?
The idea for Frühling was born in 2017 when Frühling’s founder, Mabel, was living in Berlin, Germany. Inspired by the food culture and high quality ingredients grown in European soil, Mabel found herself craving a luxurious treat she could eat in cafes - that was not only delicious but also HEALTHY. At the time, she was dealing with health problems such as auto-immune related symptoms, psoriasis, hormone imbalances and chronic stress and attempting to heal her body with food using an anti-inflammatory/Mediterannean diet. The word “Frühling” was always one of her favorite German words - and Springtime her favorite season - and so it followed naturally that the brand she was building, inspired by nature’s bounty, would be named Frühling.


Where is Frühling made?
Our trail mix is crafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. We partner with trusted suppliers to source premium ingredients and work with facilities that prioritize sustainability and excellence.

Ingredients and Nutrition


What ingredients do you use?
We use carefully sourced, organic, and sustainably grown nuts, seeds, and dried fruits. Each ingredient is chosen for its taste, nutrient profile, and compatibility with anti-inflammatory diets.


Are your products allergen-free?
Our products are gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free. However, they DO contain nuts, dried fruits, cacao beans and coconut sugar (is in Nocciola.) Although our products contain no gluten, our kitchen is NOT certified gluten free so celiacs with high sensitivity are advised to be cautious. Our products are processed in a vegan and organic facility that may handle common allergens like nuts, seeds and some gluten. Please check the label for specific allergen information.


Are your mixes vegan-friendly?
Yes, all of our products are 100% plant-based and suitable for vegans.

Packaging and Sustainability

Is your packaging sustainable?
We are committed to sustainability and use recyclable or compostable packaging wherever possible. Check your local recycling guidelines for specifics.

What if I find organic matter like a twig or small branch in my bag?
Our trail mix are made from entirely natural ingredients and packed by hand. They contains whole food ingredients to preserve their natural quality and our commitment to offering unprocessed food options. Occasionally, small pieces of organic matter like twigs or branches may slip through our quality control process. While we strive for perfection, and inspect every bag as it’s packed, this is a rare occurrence and we deeply regret any inconvenience. Returns, Refunds, and Quality Concerns


What should I do if I find a piece of organic matter in my bag?

We deeply regret any inconvenience and are happy to make things right. If you find a foreign object in your bag, please:

  1. Take a photo of the item and your product’s batch code (found on the bottom of the packaging).

  2. Contact our Customer Service team at hello@fruhling.co or mabel@fruhling.co with the details.

  3. We’ll review your claim and offer a refund, replacement, or credit for your next purchase.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unopened products within 30 days of purchase. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us for a replacement or refund.

How do I request a refund or replacement?
Please email hello@fruhling.co with your order number, photos (if applicable), and details about your issue. We’ll respond within 48 hours.


Shipping and Orders

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days for domestic shipments. International shipping times vary.

  • While we strive to ensure the highest quality and safety standards, Frühling is not responsible for adverse reactions due to allergies or sensitivities. Always read ingredient labels carefully.

  • Frühling products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare provider for personalized dietary advice.

What happens if I have a severe issue with a product?
If you believe your product is contaminated or has caused harm, please discontinue use immediately and contact our Customer Service team at hello@fruhling.co. Please include an image, explanation and the date stamped on the bottom of your product. We take food safety VERY seriously and would love to help you find a solution. For legal or safety concerns, consult with local authorities or regulatory bodies as needed.
