At Frühling, we believe that nutrient density and flavor go hand in hand… and they both start with healthy soil.

We take you on a journey around the world to discover the most alluring, nutrient-dense ingredients, each with a unique story and tantalizing flavor. Together, we’ll discover their origins in the most mineral rich soils of the globe, and the scientific evidence supporting their myriad health benefits. First, we'll take a tour of Italy, from the rolling sun-soaked hills of Piemonte, a UNESCO world heritage site, to a sublime coastal town in Sicily where Pizzuta almonds grow, and then to the black volcanic soil at the base of Mount Etna which is home to our divine Bronte Pistachios.

We'll visit the lush rainforests where Brazil nuts support the health of the Amazon Rainforest and Indigenous riverine communities, for whom forest management is a way of life. We'll visit the the soaring Peruvian Foothills where golden berries grow, and the limestone karstic and lowland tropical rainforests of Belize, known for their cacao production.
